1. Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our custom cake toppers and decorations, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders. Each item is uniquely created to your specifications, making it difficult to resell.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [Your Contact Email Address] with photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a refund.

3. Non-Custom Items
